Robert Raffle Executive Director

Rob Raffle, Executive Director

Rob Raffle serves as Executive Director of Masonic Care Community. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in both profit and non-profit roles, beginning in 1996 as Administrator for SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation in Asheboro, North Carolina. After relocating back to the Mohawk Valley, Rob served as Administrator at Stonehedge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Rome, New York. In 2004, Rob joined the Masonic Care Community as Assistant Executive Director and has served as Executive Director since 2012.  Rob received his degree in Health Services Management at SUNY IT. He is a graduate of the LeadingAge New York 2013 -14 Leadership Academy and has served as a Board Member for the Masonic Communities and Services Association, the Utica Industrial Development Corporation and the Community Care/Alliance.

Jill Wynne Controller

Jill Wynne, Controller

Jill Wynne is the Controller at the Masonic Care Community and has served the organization since 1993. Jill is a graduate of Skidmore College and has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting field. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Charted Global Management Accountant and is also a member of the Healthcare Financial Managers Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tammy Fontaine, Health Pavilion Administrator

Tammy Wheeler Fontaine is the Administrator and leads operations for the Health Pavilion, MCC's skilled nursing facility. She also provides executive oversight for Wiley Hall, our adult residential care facility. Tammy has her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY Oswego, and her Master of Science in Health Services Administration from SUNY IT. In addition to her Nursing Home Administrator license, Tammy is a board member for the New York State Association of Long Term Care Administrators, a Nursing Facility Cabinet Member for LeadingAge New York, a Clinical Advisory Board Member for MatrixCare, and is a member of the Community Health Foundation Fellows Action Network and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Alumni Network. Tammy has supported MCC for more than 15 years and is committed to our mission of providing the highest level of care for the people who live here.

Mara Mulligan, Director of Strategic Marketing and Philanthropy

Mara Mulligan leads Marketing and Philanthropy for the Masonic Care Community. Mara has thirty years of experience in the non-profit field, working in fundraising, marketing, and communications. Mara has a Bachelor's in Business Administration and has held leadership positions at the YMCA of Central New York and ProLiteracy Worldwide. Mara works with the MCC team, the Trustees of the Masonic Hall and Asylum Fund, MCC donors, and the community to help build awareness and financial support for the programs and services of the Masonic Care Community. Mara always welcomes the opportunity to speak with current and prospective donors about how their gifts help to strengthen lives at MCC.

“I am honored to be a part of the Masonic heritage to support, nurture, and educate those we serve to enhance their lives and futures". Originally from the Syracuse area, Mara has also served on the board of the Brady Faith Center and as a volunteer for the United States Tennis Association.
